"Poets are damned but they are not blind, they see with the eyes of angels." - William Carlos Williams
A 167 page compilation of the work of American poet Duncan Foster (1969-2007). Part Bukowski, part Ferlinghetti, all Foster, this collection provides a unique perspective of the world and life in it from the eyes, heart and brain of a man who experienced the world differently than most of us do.
Foster's work is informed by his fifteen year struggle with mental illness, the disease that ultimately took his life, and is proof that people afflicted as such possess amazing talents and abilities that should be encouraged and nurtured. They can, and do, make important, wonderful and unique contributions to this world.
The price includes shipping costs within the USA and as such, the $10 price is about what it costs to print and ship one copy. Any profits will be donated to a charity that serves those suffering from mental illness.
