I don't know why they call him the Lizard King. He mentioned it in that one song, but other than that, it's sort of a weird title, right? I mean, King of the Lizards is not a bad thing I guess, certainly better than being King of the Humans, but what does it really get you? I'm not sure I'd want to be in charge of millions of little scaly creatures and I actually like lizards. Hard to say what that's all about. I suppose take nine seconds and google it, but who has the time these days?
